Kapoor Realty is a RERA-registered property brokerage in South Delhi, specialising in residential rentals and resale. For more than 10 years we have been helping families find the right home in Greater Kailash, Defence Colony, Saket and the neighbourhoods around them.

We keep a small list of properties that we have personally visited and verified. You will not be shown ten flats to make up the numbers — only the ones that match your budget, your commute and how your family lives.

Which areas do you cover?

South Delhi — Greater Kailash I and II, Kailash Colony, East of Kailash, Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Saket, Hauz Khas and Chittaranjan Park.

What is your brokerage?

For rentals, typically one month's rent from each side. For resale, a percentage of the sale value. The exact figure is confirmed in writing before the first visit.

Are your properties verified?

Yes. We visit every property and check ownership before listing it.

Can I visit on a weekend?

Yes. Site visits are arranged seven days a week, including evenings on weekdays.

What documents do tenants need?

Identity proof, address proof, employment or income proof, and photographs. We prepare the rent agreement and arrange police verification.

How much deposit is usual?

Most landlords in South Delhi ask for two to three months' rent as a refundable security deposit.

Do you help with home loans for resale purchases?

Yes. We can introduce you to bank representatives and help with the property documents they ask for.

I am a landlord. Can you find me a tenant?

Yes. We market the property, screen tenants, handle the agreement and can manage renewals.
