Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect as soon as payment clears; downgrades apply at the end of your current year, so you keep what you paid for.
Do I have to pay to try MyDigiSence?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free and needs no card — build your profile, publish a listing, share it and collect reviews. Your page stays live for 15 days after approval; upgrade any time to keep it up, and nothing is deleted if you do not.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, UPI, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay. Your plan activates as soon as the payment clears — usually a second or two — and a GST invoice is generated automatically.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Listed prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout — Growth at ₹1,499 comes to ₹1,768.82 for an Indian buyer. Customers outside India pay the listed price, since the sale is a zero-rated export of services.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Nothing is lost. Your dashboard shows how much of each limit you've used well before you reach it, and a lead that arrives over your monthly quota is still captured in full — only its contact details stay locked until you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of your paid year, then moves to Free.
