MyDigiSence is operated by Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd., registered in India. We provide a digital presence platform that enables businesses, professionals, and creators to build public profiles, manage services, and connect with customers.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number (optional), profile photo.
• Profile data: bio, location, services, work history, skills, portfolio links — whatever you choose to publish.
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, feature interactions, session duration. Collected via server logs and analytics.
• Payment data: billing address, plan selection. Card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers.
• Communications: messages sent through our platform, support tickets, email correspondence.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL. Used for security and analytics.

• To provide and operate the platform — account management, profile publishing, bookings, payments.
• To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, password resets, email verification.
• To improve the platform — analysing usage patterns, fixing bugs, optimising search rankings.
• To send marketing communications — newsletters, product updates. You may opt out at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations — responding to lawful government requests, preventing fraud.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records retained for 7 years under Indian tax law).

• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data.

MyDigiSence is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a banner on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
