What MyDigiSence is

Read this first. It sets the one expectation that everything else depends on.

MyDigiSence gives a business or an individual professional a public page at its own address, lists what they offer, and puts them in front of people searching nearby. When a visitor is interested, they get in touch — by WhatsApp, phone, email, the enquiry form, or chat.

Everything the platform does serves that one loop: be found → be convincing → be contacted.

There is no checkout, and no payment passes through us

Listings carry an action button, and its wording changes to suit what you sell — “Order” on a menu, “Enrol” on a course, “Get tickets” on an event. That wording is there to set the visitor’s expectation and to tell you what the enquiry is about. It does not open a cart, take card details, reserve a slot or hold stock. Every button ends the same way: the visitor’s details and message arrive in your Leads inbox, and you take it from there in your own way. The only payment on the platform is the one you make to us for your own plan.

This matters most when you pick what to list. Choose the kind that describes your offer honestly, and let the enquiry do the work.

02

Choosing your account type

Three kinds of account. You choose during setup, not at sign-up.

Signing up only asks for your email and a password. The choice that shapes everything comes on the first setup screen.

AccountPick this ifWhat you get
BusinessYou are a shop, restaurant, clinic, studio, agency or company — the name on the door is the brand.A workspace page, listings, a Leads inbox, and sections built for a company: team, awards, testimonials.
ProfessionalYou personally do the work — freelancer, consultant, doctor, lawyer, tutor.A personal profile at your own username, plus sections built around you: skills, experience, education, certifications, portfolio.
ExplorerYou are here to find someone, not to be found.Search, saved interests, and the ability to message and review. No public page unless you switch it on.

One account, one page

An account owns a single workspace, and its type is set during setup. Business and professional are interchangeable while you are still setting up — switching keeps your name, contact details and address, and clears your category and listing type, because those do not carry across. An explorer can convert to a business or professional later from their account page.

03

Setting up your page

Nine steps, each one its own screen. You can stop and come back.

  1. 1Start — business, professional or explorer.
  2. 2Name — your business name, or your own.
  3. 3Category — pick a category and a sub-category. This decides which listing types you are offered later, and where you appear in Explore.
  4. 4Action — what you want visitors to do. This picks your listing type and your web address.
  5. 5Details — description, city, website, socials. All optional; you can fill them in later.
  6. 6Preview — your page as it stands. Only you can see it.
  7. 7Verify — confirm your mobile number.
  8. 8Plan — start on Free in one click, or pick a paid plan and pay now.
  9. 9Publish — your page goes live.

Nothing is public until you publish

Your page is created quietly at the Action step and stays private right up to the last one. Every step has its own web address, so closing the tab loses nothing and the browser’s back button behaves. You can always go back; you can only go forward once the current step has what it needs.

04

Verifying your mobile number

A one-time check that keeps the platform free of throwaway accounts.

We send one six-digit code to WhatsApp and your email at the same time. Whichever reaches you first, use it. The code lasts five minutes, and you can ask for a new one after a minute. Requesting a new code cancels the old one.

Verification is required for exactly three things

  • Publishing your page.
  • Starting a new conversation with someone.
  • Posting a review.

Everything else is open. You can browse, build your page, fill in every section and receive enquiries without verifying. Explorers are never asked during sign-up — only the first time they message someone or leave a review.

No code arriving?

WhatsApp only receives the code if the number you entered is a mobile. If WhatsApp cannot deliver, a verified email address will do instead — so check the inbox on the address you signed up with, including spam.

05

Building your page

The builder is laid out in the same order a visitor reads your page.

Open Profile Builder from the sidebar. The main column holds your header — cover image, photo, name, title and description — then your headline, then your sections in the order they appear publicly. The right-hand column holds contact details, address and social handles, each editable where it sits.

Sections

Turn sections on and off, reorder them, and edit them in place. Which sections exist depends on your account type: a business gets team, awards and testimonials; a professional gets skills, experience, education, certifications and projects. Both get about, services, gallery, reviews, FAQs and contact.

The builder puts the sections your listing type calls for at the top and the rest behind Show all — a restaurant is offered a gallery first, a consultant their qualifications. Nothing is ever hidden from you, only ordered.

Two sections have no editor because their content lives elsewhere: Services shows your listings and Reviews shows your review feed. Switching those on or off controls whether they appear, nothing more.

What you must fill in before publishing

A business needs about, contact. A professional needs about, skills, contact. Each must be switched on and have content — an empty section counts as missing. If Publish refuses, the reason appears in a banner at the top of the builder.

06

Themes and appearance

17 presets, each with a light and a dark version.

A preset is a starting point, not a straitjacket. After you pick one you can override the main colour, the accent, the heading and body fonts, the corner rounding, and whether the page defaults to dark.

Themes are plan-based

Free has one preset. Growth has four. Advance has all 17. A locked preset is refused when you save, not silently ignored — see plans.

07

Listing what you offer

25 listing types, each with its own fields, section heading and button.

A listing is one thing you offer. Choosing the right type matters because it decides three things: which fields you are asked for, what the section is called on your public page, and what the button says.

Pick by what the thing is, not by what you wish happened next. A restaurant picking “Menu” gets a section headed Menu and prices laid out as a price list; picking “Service” would head it Services and lay it out as cards.

Your category decides which types you can use — not your plan

Plans differ by how many listings you can publish, never by which kind. A restaurant on the free plan can still publish a menu.

A reminder about those buttons

“Buy”, “Book”, “Donate” and “Place a bid” are wording, not machinery. Each one opens the same enquiry panel and sends you a lead. Price your listings clearly and treat the button as the opening line of a conversation.

08

Getting found

Where your page shows up, and what moves it up the list.

The two places people look

  • Explore — browsing by who you are. Visitors filter by businesses or professionals, by category, and by city or pincode.
  • Marketplace — browsing by what is on offer. Listings from every workspace, filtered by type.

What helps

  • Completeness. More complete pages rank above thinner ones, so fill in your description, images and contact details.
  • An accurate category and sub-category — this is how people narrow down.
  • Your city and area, filled in on the builder. Local searches are the ones that convert.
  • Real images. Pages without them fall back to a generic placeholder.

Search engines Advance

The SEO screen sets the title, description and keywords Google shows, plus the image used when your link is pasted into WhatsApp or social media. Without it your page is still indexed — it just uses sensible defaults drawn from your profile instead of wording you chose.

09

Enquiries and leads

Every way a visitor can reach out ends up in one inbox. This is the heart of the product.

Leads collects everything inbound. It is never locked behind a plan, because every plan captures leads and every plan can read them.

Where leads come from

  • Someone revealing your phone number or email on your public page.
  • The enquiry form on your page or on any listing.
  • A WhatsApp or call button tap.
  • A lead form you embed on your own website (Advance).

How the monthly allowance actually works

Your plan limits how many leads a month you can see contact details for — Free none, Growth fifteen, Advance unlimited. Leads beyond that are still captured, in full, and nothing is thrown away. Their phone and email are hidden until you upgrade, at which point the ones you already received unlock. You never lose an enquiry by being on a smaller plan — you just cannot act on all of them yet.

10

Messages

Live chat between a visitor and a workspace.

A visitor can start a conversation from the Message button on your public page. Messages arrive instantly, show typing indicators, and appear in Messages in your sidebar and in the notification bell.

Chat needs Growth or Advance

On Free your workspace cannot receive messages at all, and visitors are told “This business isn’t accepting messages right now.” Note that this depends on your plan, not the visitor’s — an explorer on any plan can message a workspace that has chat switched on.

Whoever starts a conversation needs a verified mobile number. Replying to one that already exists does not.

11

Reviews

Ratings on your page as a whole, and on individual listings.

Reviews are one to five stars with a comment. A customer can review your page overall, or a specific listing, and each person can leave one review per target — revisiting lets them edit what they wrote rather than add a second. Reviewers must have a verified mobile number.

Your Reviews screen shows everything you have received, where it came from, and the spread of ratings. Anyone can report a review for moderation.

The review QR code is the fastest way to collect them

From your public page, open the ⋮ menu and download the review QR. Anyone who scans it lands on your reviews with the rating box already open — no hunting for a button. Put it on a receipt, a counter card, a table tent or an invoice.

12

Auto-replies

Answer instantly, even when you are not there.

Four ready-made automations, switched on individually. They are deliberately fixed recipes rather than a rule builder — each one does a single job well.

  • Instant lead reply — answers the moment a new lead arrives.
  • Chat welcome & away message — greets someone who opens a chat, and tells them when you are closed.
  • Lead follow-up — nudges a lead you have not answered yet.
  • Review thank-you — thanks a customer who leaves a review.

Advance only

Auto-replies are part of Advance. The sidebar row is visible on every plan and opens an upgrade prompt.

13

Analytics

Who is finding you, and what they do when they arrive.

Analytics tracks page views, listing views, enquiries, contact reveals, calls, messages and reviews over a period you choose.

History depends on your plan

Free shows the last seven days. Paid plans show the full history. The screen itself is never locked — on Free, asking for a longer range simply returns the seven days available.

Visits from a scanned QR code are counted separately from ordinary link clicks, so you can tell whether the code on your counter card is earning its place.

14

Sharing your page

Online and on paper.

  • Your link — your page lives at a clean address using your own name. Share it anywhere.
  • Share button — uses your phone’s native share sheet, and falls back to copying the link on desktop.
  • QR code — generated from your page. Scans are tracked separately from clicks.
  • Printable sheet — an A4 page with your details and QR code, ready to print. Add /print to your page address.
  • PDF Advance — your profile as a document, from the ⋮ menu. Because this follows your plan, visitors can download it without signing in.

15

Plans and billing

Three plans, billed once a year, in rupees.

Free, Growth and Advance. There is one billing period — a plan buys a year. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Paying

Prices are shown without tax. Indian customers pay GST on top; it is added at checkout and the total is shown before you confirm. Clicking a plan does not charge you — you get an order summary first, and payment only opens once you confirm. Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets are all accepted.

Upgrading is immediate, downgrading waits

An upgrade unlocks straight away, including any leads that were waiting with their contact details hidden. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.

Only a workspace owner or admin can change the plan. The verified badge needs two things — an approved verification and a plan that includes it.

16

For explorers

If you are here to find someone rather than be found.

Signing up

Two steps: choose Explorer, then optionally pick the categories you are interested in — those shape what you are shown on Explore. You can skip the interests and add them later. No verification is asked for at this point.

Finding someone

  • Explore — search businesses and professionals by category, city or pincode.
  • Marketplace — browse what people are offering, filtered by type.

Getting in touch

On any page you can call, email, message on WhatsApp, send an enquiry, or start a chat. Phone numbers and emails are hidden behind a tap, which keeps them away from scrapers. The first time you start a chat or post a review you will be asked to verify your mobile — once, then never again.

Your account

  • Account — your interests, and the option to become a business or professional.
  • Messages — every conversation you have started.
  • Notifications — replies and updates.
  • Settings — your name and photo, interests, email alerts, whether you have a public profile at all, your email and password, and account deletion.

You are private by default

An explorer has no public page unless the public profile switch in settings is turned on.
